Features:
● We use only hand selected premium grade and kiln-dried mahogany lumber.
● All doors are made of solid mahogany (no MDF, no board).
● Both dowels and mortise and tenon are used on the joints of the stiles and
rails for extra strength and durability.
● Rails and stiles are made of solid laminated mahogany to provide superb
stability against warping and bowing.
● Panels are compression-fit with rubber strips and an expansion gap
to allow movement of the panel in various weather conditions.
● The same deep, rich solid mouldings are used on both sides
of the door.
● Glass of 7/8" thick are hand polished, insulated (triple-glazed) to
prevent heat transfer.
● Tempered glass protects both sides of all decorative glass
panels.
● Hinges are commercial-grade stainless steel, sealed ball-bearing
butt hinges, designed to carry the additional weight of a solid
wood door.
● Doors are completely weatherstripped with Q-lon™.
● Brickmould is pre-installed for all doors.
