Shipping Policy

 

Processing & Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

 

Shipping Coverage: We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories is not available at this time. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Shipping Methods & Timeframes: SmartFlow toilets and other bathroom fixtures are heavy, fragile products and are shipped via LTL, UPS or FedEx Ground. Typical delivery time is 3–10 business days, depending on your location. Delivery appointments may be required for large items, and the carrier will contact you directly if needed.

 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. In some cases, promotions may offer free shipping — details will be noted on the product page.

 

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at servicedesk@ahfurnico.com or call 317-802-9363 so we can resolve the issue promptly.
